Pros: fairly quick with the formalities.

Cons: receiving by email the vehicle condition sheet which didn't show all the vehicle defects and being asked to sign it without being able to amend it to reflect the vehicle condition

Pros: Didn’t even get to pick up car flight was delayed and when I phoned they said because they didn’t have flight details it was cancelled. We were left stranded with a small baby. It has never ever happened before. We could not phone as we were sitting on the plane in flight mode for two hrs waiting to take off. The booking was made from Ireland and there is only one flight a week so absolutely no excuse.

Cons: As above will be looking for a refund of deposit when we get home.

Pros: The car was 'ok'.

Cons: They were late for the meet and greet. Had to call the office who weren't answering the phone (had to call 3 times to get an answer otherwise it was an automated message) who advised us to go outside where their rep was, they were dealing with someone else who we saw escort from the terminal and we were just 'forgotten about' or 'ignored'. Either way, very disorganised. There is not desk/office so everything was done via a phone, felt very unprofessional giving card details by the side of road.
