Pros: Nothing

Cons: This was our worst experience of renting car, we will never again to book a car with global car company and I not raccomanded you them. In details our car was: -full of scratches -had a 143.000 km -General conditions of the car were very very bad -the engine doesn't works regularly -the brakes doesn't works well and I had to push strong a pedal. -the steering was not regulated and the car went a little bit to the right After 20km we return back the car to the agency.

Cons: Condition of the car, mechanical condition questionable. Wheel bearings were gone and was very loud during driving. Emailed the car provider but nothing was done. Also car was schrached everywhere.

Pros: Easy paper work on desk when picked up and price of hired car

Cons: The car I got was below expectations. Lots of technical issues, in my opinion shouldn’t been allowed to drive on roads. Clutch, turbocharge, and many more that has give really bad drive experience. Didn’t enjoy driving it.

Cons: We weren't told to keep the parking ticket when we came in and therefore incurred a $40 fine. We also could only use credit card and it had to be under my name. I don't use a credit card, therefore we had to pay for full insurance again in order to use my debit card. We couldn't even use my partner's card for the deposit, despite the fact I had added a driver (we also had to pay for adding him again) The additional costs for this car was $224 even though we had already paid through DH
