Global Rent a Car at Krakow Airport

Pros: The only thing was agand didn't mention that car had a damage bumper so we been worried that someone done thst damage to us.

Pros: Appalling service the car I used to place deposit was used to pay balance the salesman insisted I take out their insurance I refused as I had bought from you plus I have my own international car hit cover, he then said my pin was not accepted on a business card I use every day and has no credit limit, the only other card I carry is my personal debit card which he said I could use but the additional cost inc their insurance was 885.36 zloty I had no choice but to pay as I was late for my meetings

Cons: See above wait time to collect car was also 40 mins with 1 person on counter and three customers in front, total rip off I will never use again and demand a refund of the over charges Also the car was filthy outside and in it had not been cleaned

Cons: I am very disappointed that Discovery Cars are still partnering with Global Rent a Car. Please read all the trustpilot reviews by various different customers online. I couldn't even give them 1 star out of 10. This company will find every reason to increase the price of the rental. I had to pay 2.5x my original booking cost on the day of arrival because they refused to accept my credit card as a form of payment and deposit because I only had initials on my card.

I ended up paying twice as much as I was expecting. It was Saturday, at midnight after a long flight and they knew exactly what they were doing. AVOID.

Cons: I called the rental agency desk a day before confirming the reservation and letting them know that I will be an hour or so later then scheduled to pick up the car. Upon my arrival I found slow working male employee who after searching for the reservation told me in unpleasant way that I was supposed to be there earlier. When I informed him about my phone call after searching in vain for my car he suddenly requested an international driver license ignoring my California and Polish driver licenses

Cons: Cost on DiscoverCars and on the desk became 2 times different. There was no way to lock a deposit with a non-credit card for the first time in my life, I've already rented a car with that card and it went just fine. The guy on the desk changed the total price several times so I'm still feel fooled. At drop-off – there was no one at the desk (that could be ok, I know) and they didn't pick up the phone (that is not ok, that were working hours).

Cons: Slow and disorganized front desk. My car was in late. I received the keys to the wrong car. The rental paperwork emailed to me came encrypted. The last 4 digits of my license did not open the docs- the agent made a typo while encrypting. Finally, a surprising charges for the exterior car wash. Who in the world expects a sparkling clean car upon rerun (12 days rental), and if so why won't they request it upfront along with requirement to return the full tank?

The car was in the same condition when returned, clean, undamaged and full of fuel yet we have still not had the prepayment refunded
