Cons: Representative was waiting for us inside of the building eventhough the meeting point should have been in front of the cafe outside. He has been waiting there for some time, so I had to call him in order to make meeting happen - it would be better to stick to the designated meeting point, or give customer a call as soon as he arrives. But other than that, the representative was very friendly and the car handover was very efficient and smooth. He also explained the parking system in Finland.
