Pros: Got a hybrid model, good gas mileage

Cons: Facilities, dirt road, got a smaller car vs the chosen car, too small for a 6ft 2in person, incapable to get the car i reserved, standing in 30 deg heat with my family not having other choices then to take the car offered………..very disappointed, you should consider audit this place so that they are to the same standards that you “Discovercars” present to clients. I will think twice before renting a car via Discovercars again!

Pros: Very supportive agent and instant response. provide clear information & required documents and instruction to me regarding insurance claim.

Cons: The car was not washed or cleaned while pickup but overall condition was okay. since it was night during the pick up, it was quite difficult to find the rental office location and did not see any sign board for easy identification. Luckly my taxi driver helped me out to find it. Moreover, the rental company was not aware of what is included in my rental purchase specially the full coverage insurance.

Pros: Car was in xlnt condition, immaculate, newer model with upgraded features, the agent on pickup was friendly, had car ready and prepared with paperwork, same on drop off.

Cons: Not really a negative but FYI a little harder to find as it's tucked on one end of a min-mall with just a banner out front -but don't worry, it's totally legit and I very highly recommend.

Pros: Very quick.

Cons: First, money was taken in a different currency that what the booking stated, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable and may be a problem for some people. Second, when I wanted to take the time to enquire about the different currency and the going exchange rates, to make sure I wasn't being messed about, I felt a little rushed by the rental man. In then end, all was fine and I'm happy with the service.

Pros: It was mostly done remotely, with someone there to help with the car pick up and an automatic return system. When we called for assistance a representative was available to walk us through the return. Everything went smoothly.

Cons: The instructions did not indicate that the car return would be automated. It would help if that were explained in the instructions that are sent out with the rental.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1000 km per rental, Mileage: 1000 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 550.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Winter package, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, VAT (value added tax).
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
A deposit will be charged if one of the following cards is used: Debit cards.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following payment methods are accepted: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Switzerland, European Union.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
Crossing country borders is forbidden to the following country: Ukraine.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Winter tires, Delivery fee, Cross border fee.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Hungary.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 90 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 180 minutes.
