Cons: Car was not working at first which was dangerous, it was not checked before. We good a new one.

Cons: When picking up the car rhe agent kept bugging us about their insurance. When dropping off, another agent quickly found the smallest scratch and over charged for it. They charged 130 euros for a tiny scratch. We don’t know when it happened - if it even happened during the rental period - but the car came with rather large obvious scratches, so the amount of money felt rather ridiculous. We had discovercar’s insurance so it wasn’t a problem for us, but the whole deal wasn’t fun.

Cons: Nothing, I must say that the excess deposit always sits at the back of your mind. But all car rentals are like this. Always do your homework before booking and always look round the car for any defects.

Cons: When we returned the car they tried to blame on us a scratch on the lower front bumper that was there when I picked the car but was not on the damage report. I took picture of that before leaving and when I showed it they said ok that's fine.

Cons: Their customer service wasn’t answering the phone. It took 2 days to have my car fixed. It wouldn’t start.

Cons: The people were rude. They tried to tell me there was a scratch on the car that was not there. I showed them pictures because there wasn’t even really a scratch on the car. It wouldn’t show up in the pictures so it was like a scam. Terrible never use that car rental place go by car. People are really rude. That worked there except for the drivers of the van to and from the airport. They were very nice.

Cons: They gave us a different type of car than we booked. We never received the email contract with photos of the vehicles prior condition that was promised.

Pros: Everything was smooth, both with pickup (check-in online to speed things up) where I received a complimentary upgrade, to drop off, which took no more than 5 minutes and I could be on a shuttle bus to the airport in no time.

Pros: The person who greeted us for the pick-up was friendly, helpful and very patient. She gave us options and was clear in talking through each one.

Cons: The person who greeted us at the return insisted that a small scratch was our fault even though I am sure it didn't happen on our watch. His manager refused to act as an arbiter in the dispute, and they charged me 186.99 euros for a one-inch scratch at the bottom (almost underside) of the passenger door. I provided them with a (poor) photo that I believed showed the scratch already there when I picked up the car. The person disagreed, and I had to pay. Very short-sighted on customer care.

Pros: Very good service. Never felt like they were scammy. One minute inspection to get my full deposit back almost immediately and they held a shuttle for us as we were short to catch our flight

Cons: Gobycar in Palma did not come up on google maps . Turns out that your need to delete one word in the address for it to identify the Palma location. I spent a good 45 minutes driving around trying to locate Gobycar.
