Pros: At Zagreb whilst picking up the car, the agent wanted €100 for a one way drop, as we were returning the car at Dubrovnik. I told him that the booking showed a return at Dubrovnik, hence the price for a one way drop was included. This continued for 15 mins, and got resolved when he called up the manager/owner. This showed ignorance by the agent.

Cons: The car was new and clean.

Pros: The car was dependable.

Cons: The agent made it sound like I was signing my life away when explaining about damages. I felt like he was really pressuring me into taking more insurance than I needed. Also he made it sound like I better return the car only after they opened so I waited for that to happen but then the other agent looked at me like why was I standing in line just to return the keys?

Pros: The person who helped me tried his best

Cons: The fact that they could not make a car available one day earlier than that I had booked. He lold me the company demands me coming all the way back, to sign the contract for the next period booked by me originally. This resulted that I had to drive 200 km back to Zagreb and added $20.00 extra for toll road charges, and the los off one day of our holiday. Totally not acceptable!

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1250.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
