Cons: I was booked to arrive on the 17.15 flight, and the car rental company knew that. My flight was 10 minutes late, and I arrived at the car rental office at 18.02. They had closed the office at 18.00 and gone even though they knew I was coming. I was unable to get a car, and I ended up having to take 2 trains and a coach to reach my destination
