Pros: There wasn't anything to like about the service. The car battery died along with any credability of Go rentals When I contacted the emergency contact, he informed me he had left the company six months earlier. Why was his number the emergency contact? When I got through to the office in Wellington, where I picked up the car from, they said I had to source and pay for the new battery, which they would reimburse me for when I dropped the car back.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2235.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.

The following surcharges may apply: Toll pass / E-toll device.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 3.00 NZD per day.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 1440 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
