Pros: When we finally got the car it was a good one. But after returning it they sent us a bill of 300$ for smoke damage because they found 1 cigared pud on the floor, probably came in someone’s sole or however it got there should not cost us 300 dollars. Will avoid this company from now on and also escalate our complaints as far as neceserry to get some justice!
Cons: They failed to have our car ready, had lost our booking so we had to spend the night at the airport with our 2 kids. They were nowhere to be found or reached at 6pm on a Monday, had simply forgotten about us and left. Someone directed us to the enterprice desk who told us we have no booking with Go rentals and told us to get in touch in the morning, so we were just abandoned without a car and without explanation not to mention apologies, they acted like it was all our fault.
Pros: Good car and very clean. Friendly staff on pick up
Cons: Not very clear instructions on how to pick up the car and we missed the details on providing information 24 hours before as it was in very small print half way down the page. Also misleading business hours as it says it’s open until 12 but actually shuts at 6pm. Also the phone number provided does not work. Otherwise good

Pros: noone took call, no shuttle came to pick us up, we went on our own to their office, we reached there by 6:15-6:30, only to find office closed, and this is after speaking to them on call after 5:30
Cons: noone responds to calls, no sense of responsibility, we had to take a cab to our hotel, and next day again to pick up car, and noone was bothered,
Pros: Simple and straightforwaed

An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 3.00 NZD per day.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
An administration charge of 2-4 % will apply for payments made by credit card.
Debit cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 1440 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
