Pros: Very friendly representatives, upgraded to automatic transmition car because i came earlier than i should, and manual transmition was not clean yet. Car was totally new(400km driven). No remarks or costs after returning. Quick answer on phone two times during rental of 14 days, and after delivery, they helped a lot by finding a phone we had forgot in car, giving it back on airport soon after.
