Pick-up instructions
Green Motion Pisa is in the Pisa Airport, inside Car Rental Terminal (Piazzale Mario Cobianchi). Walking outside the Arrivals Terminal go to the right following the path marked in red (about 450mt - 5 minutes walking). A shuttle service is operated from Pisa airport located to the right of the exits in front of a white gazebo with ""Shuttle bus rent a car"" sign. The service connects the Arrivals Area and the Car Rental from 5.30 am until the end of the day, every 15 minutes. Please note that disruptions may occur due to the pandemic situation.

Pros: Agents (check in and out) were friendly. Even though it was supposed to be closed on Sundays, an agent came by at 10 am
Cons: Rental contract came with a list of minor scratches on car. But the car has a lot more scratches on literally every panel. I had to get the agent to mark it off on contract. When booking or contract didn't indicate rental place would be closed. More prominent indications of hours would be helpful.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1500.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Cash is accepted as a form of payment.

By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley. Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
