Cons: -No agent at desk. Had to go around the airport looking for them; ultimately they were not IN the terminal, but outside. -Had to wait for other customer dropping off the car, and then staff cleaning it; the car should have already been waiting for us, not the other way round -Official fuel policy was full/full. We were delivered a car with less than half the tank -Car windshield water depleted. Had to fill it in ourselves. Dangerous for the driver in case of need -Car lighter plug faulty More...

Cons: Very slow. Bad staff. We got a car after 2 hours, we told them not to clean the car as it would of took another 30mins of waiting. Very poorly managed. This is by far the worst car rental compared with my experience renting from other companies.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 750 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1605.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Latin, English, Cyrillic alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, photocard driving license.

The following insurance type(s) Theft protection (TP), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is (are) not included for residents of USA.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
