Pros: Good value for money.

Cons: Car was a little tired / old, but still good value for the price. Main frustration was being charged an admin fee in order to use my Amex card (the only credit card I had) to pay the deposit.

Pros: Car was right by the office, not in a numbered spot to be tracked down. Paperwork straightforward. No problem with pick-up being after 8pm.

Cons: Finding instructions were misleading. Not "50 metres right from Arrivals" but visible from Arrivals door but across a dual carriageway so did have to make U shaped walk. But a comment rather than a moan.

Cons: I was disappointed that when I arrived at Green motion, I was told that they'd charge me an extra 60 euros just because I wasn't able to pay with a credit card, even though the t & c said I can pay by debit card with no additional cost. Very disappointed to be put on the spot like that.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Absolutely do not rent a car with GreenMotion Zakynthos. It is a scam to rip off tourists. Our original flight to Zakynthos was canceled, so we had to book a different flight which was going to arrive 4h later. Therefore we called GreenMotion in advance, to let them know. When we arrived they told us that our reservation was no longer valid, because more than 2 hours had passed (even though we warned in advance we would arrive later) and made us pay 50% more (350€ extra).

Cons: Passive aggressive style from agents if you had any questions, i know it is no fun to answer the same question for people and so but some patience doesn't hurt.

Pros: Car was weak and I struggle to drive it up to Hill which forced me not to visit too many places because most nice beach in zante are up hill

Cons: Puck up agent wasn't helpful and not patient and doesn't help to add insurance and he has poor customer service the drop off staff was great and helpful and apologies for the inconvenience that I had in a car

Cons: first car I got has a problem with aircondition. Without any problem I got another one. In second car air condition was working, but in very unefficient way (probably due to dirty channels). In general car was very worn out.

Pros: On airport location

Cons: I had already checked in prior to leaving the UK but I still had to check in at the rental office. Car was not very clean and smelled of cigarettes and had holes in the seats. It was about 60% full of fuel making it difficult to gauge how much fuel to put in on return. The windscreen washer was empty.

Pros: On arrival we got different car that we ordered. Car condition was not in good condition. Then the man in car rental very rude. Only the lady was very nice and patient with us. I don’t think next time I will rent from this place.

Pros: Nothing, they openly spoke in Greek saieng they would give me a less value car then booked and paid for. Thinking I do not understand them. The daring I would need a second insurance of 90 $. Since I had no international driver license. A requirement that month earlier was Introduced , however is not required by other rental companies.

Cons: They tread me like an idiot and tried ripping me off. And claimed no one told me that its ok without the international driver license which I made prior to my arrival sure via phone.

Pros: Staff polite and efficient when picking up the car The car came at a good price for the weeks hire. Staff were waiting although our flight was delayed.

Cons: Pick up desk was outside the terminal building and entailed crossing a dual carriageway with no crossing areas . No pavement in parts. Car had lots of dents and scrapes. Received an unfriendly response when I pointed out a piece of broken plastic found in car ( suggested we had done it), key very difficult to get in and out of lock and reverse gear difficult at times. Charged late arrival. Not a problem but not been made aware of this. Informed block kept on credit card for up to 21 days!

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 750 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 806.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 74.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.


Residents of the following country(ies): United Kingdom are required to present the following document(s): driver license with photo in order to pick up the car.
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
