Pros: Good new (hybrid)car for a reasonable price!
Cons: This time there was no representative for the return of the car. Last year the representative outside the terminal put the car back on the parking, Very nice! Perhaps someone can give some explanation about the car at pick-up. And be sure that the car is set on the right language on the display.

Pros: When I pick up the car, the car was fully covered with snow since it was parked in open parking, they give me marked scratches in the paper which I can't see physically in the car due to snow, I returned back to them which also was with full snow due to the situation, they sent email saying they found one extra scratch out of may be 10 scratches were there, I did not touched the car any place nor any scratches happened by me, now how will I prove them? How will they consider it was done by me?

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2000.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax.

Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 99 years.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Latin, Roman, English alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, photocard driving license.
