Cons: Trying to take additional fees outside terms.
Pros: Cheap rates. But I guess you get what you pay for! Car was OK. though.
Cons: 1. No rep at airport when we arrived. Had to phone them for someone to come back to airport. 2. Nobody at office when car returned at end of hire. Phoned them and was told to just leave key in car in their yard. 3. Security deposit not returned promptly after end of hire. I had to chase them after three days for it to be returned. I was told me that the security deposit could take up to 30 days to return. That is not mentioned in the contract!
Pros: in the immediate vicinity of the Kalamata airport, bus stop at the gate - from the hotel and got back there by local bus
Cons: nothing
Pros: The people don’t listen or don’t understand the English language enough. Dropping of the car there was nobody at the office and after a telephone call it took almost 30 minutes before somebody came.
Cons: Not much. I’m sorry to say. Because I know that green motion can do better.
Pros: The person who helped us at the counter tried her best to help us!
Cons: The fact that due to an error in the booking, they wouldn't honor the rate that was quoted. They charged me double what was reserved. I tried to work with them on something fair and got on the phone with someone from corporate. The lady on the other end wouldn't shut up and wouldn't try to help as she knew that I had NO other options with the late hour that it was. GreenMotion Car Rentals are nothing but a bunch of thieves!

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional km.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 74.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Premium, Wagons a driver license valid for at least 2 years is required.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Residents of the following country(ies): United Kingdom are required to present the following document(s): driver license with photo in order to pick up the car.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Diners, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card, American Express Debit card.
For the Luxury car group, a minimum of two credit cards issued on the main driver's name are required.
An administrative charge of 2 % will apply for payments made using the following credit card(s): American Express, Diners.
Visa Electron, Maestro, Cash, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
