Pros: Staff behavior at pick up was poor they provided dirty car and when requested to be cleaned they get upset????????
Cons: Rented the car for a month and requested extension and they refused and requested Chang in contact and double the price???????

Cons: Agent in the airport tried to cheat me by adding tire and front glass insurance without me agreeing and he charged me without my notice and when i asked is that amount you charged equal to it is the paper cause of currency difference he admitted no cause of the extra chegres he did second my glasses been stolen from the car i forgot them and i contact after 1 hour they are gone new charge made for me after returning the car they mentioned a damage that i didnt make without telling me he simply

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional km.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Compact, Standard, Intermediate, SUVs a driver license valid for at least 4 years is required.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Premium a driver license issued at least 5 years ago is required.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory. In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, ID card, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, proof of entry/exit into/out of the country, driver license with photo, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
For the Luxury, Premium car group, a minimum of two credit cards issued on the main driver's name are required.
Maestro, American Express, Diners, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Additional charges will be applied. Delivery/collection service is not provided.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
