Pros: Your attention during booking process was great.
Cons: We booked 2 vans and we were there they only had 1 van. Thus, we had to do our trip with 1 van and 2 small cars. It was a great inconvenience for us.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 750 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1620.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Latin, English, Cyrillic alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, photocard driving license.

The following insurance type(s) Theft protection (TP), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is (are) not included for residents of USA.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
