Cons: Temps de livraison du véhicule excessif, voiture non conforme à celle réservée. On voulait une Dacia docker, on nous propose une Citroën berline. La caution de 2000€ excessive par rapport aux autre loueurs. D'où proposition de rachat de celle-ci qui nous a doublé le prix de la location. Obligation de faire faire le contrôle du véhicule pendant nos vacances. Responsable d'agence très désagréable, demande de restitution du véhicule en agence alors que le contrat stipulé l'aéroport.

Cons: They did not give me car because they only need credit card and not the debit card. I forgot the pin number of credit card and requested to accept debit card but they did not considered this request and refused to give me car and I remained there without card which was very very upsetting. They must accept debit cards as well

Cons: Bei dropping the car the receiving agent "Mr. Mostafa" came half an hour late. He checked the care very carfally and didn't find anything wrong. He tried then to impress me to pay hem money: first because the care is not clean from outside, as I refused; he tried to find any thing else where he shall write as damage so he could get the caraption he want. I refused and he was keeping searching and so I was losing time to get to my flight. Finally I went because I have no time left..

Pros: Nothing

Cons: No meet and greet like promised. When I called them, I was not met and told to come into the car park opposite. I could not find them. Eventually they met me half way. Their office is at the back of the car park in a car. I hired a mercedes E Class or similar but I was offered a run down jeep. They said the mercedes is not working and we will have to wait 2 hours. When we insisted we will not do that, he said to sign the paper work and he will drop the mercedes off to our hotel. Cancelled.

Cons: Just the lady behind the desk was very helpful however the manger of the shop I think his name was Muhammad was rud nasty and was rud to the stuff it’s almost make the lady cry ... The car wasn’t great and the inside was smelly and the outside was full of scratches... wasn’t great experience

Pros: nothing it was very poor and the quality of the car was not good i still have photos of the damage it had.

Cons: Nothing to be honest it was not a good service at all, I had to let my partner attend to delivering the car back as no one around and I had to get my flight back.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 750 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1605.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin, English, Cyrillic alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, photocard driving license.
Insurance
The following insurance type(s) Theft protection (TP), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is (are) not included for residents of USA.
Renter must provide a proof of own insurance.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
Maestro, American Express, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Roof rack, Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional charges will be applied.
The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
