Pros: We needed a car delivered to us which they could accommodate so very pleased.
Pros: Left car to rental company office in local town and they then drove us to airport 20 min away Worked well .price was a couple of 100€ cheaper than those at airport
Cons: Initial collecting of car my husband had to go with rep 20 mins away to get car then return to collect us.. actually wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be so delayed us 45 mins but some queues at car rental desks at airport can b longer .
Pros: The staff, they worked around my flight times and drop off times, they were very quick with paper work, I read up on the process and the deposit on credit card as I needed to request a credit card limit increase to be able to hire it. Once this was available then green motion staff made it quick and easy
Cons: No problems really. There is a long drive to the office which is 20min drive and because I couldn’t speak Italian I wasn’t sure what was happening but this is because I wasn’t able to ask. So no fault of green motion

Cons: What was an expensive car rental turned out to be a very expensive.I was charged €165 on top of the rental (after I got home) for polishing out minor scratch marks I would refute putting on the car. Also being charged €19.99 for a car cleaning because the car was dusty. Surely it is standard to clean the car after a rental. In addition the time taken to actually pick up the car, then waiting to be taken back to the airport on return of the car. It is misleading to say it’s a short shuttle ride.

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 76.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Cash is accepted as a form of payment.
When paying with cash, a debit/credit card issued on the main driver's name is required for security purposes.
For the Intermediate, Minivan car group, a minimum of two credit cards issued on the main driver's name are required.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 150 minutes.
