Pros: Excellent service! Excellent service, great approach, excellent houspitality.

Pros: Green motion is a good company with excellent staff that welcomes you with water bottles and ensures that you feel at home

Cons: The car was just OK. Perhaps it's the bumpy roads budapest that car makes suspension sounds on bumps.

Cons: We specifically ordered car seats only to arrive at the actual lot and be told that they "ran out". They had no problem charging us at the desk even though they should have known it. We had to wait outside in the heat with two babies while they scrambled to find us seats frm another company. The seats were terribly old and definitely expired. This added time to our trip and we could have been left with nothing. Also none of green motions spots were marked in the lot so we had to get help finding

Pros: It was raining and the staff parked the car at the exit so we didn’t have to walk in the rain. After returning the car, they dropped us off at the airport. They went the extra mile and that was super nice!!

Cons: The wait at the pick-up but as I mentioned that was out of the control of the personnel. We didn’t find the desk for the pickup at first so an extra sign would be helpful

Pros: The ability to pickup and drop off in different cities/countries. The hybrid car was great.

Cons: It was really difficult to find the rental site in Budapest and the drop off site in Zagreb; even with GPS aids. In addition, there was no obvious signage for either site.

Cons: All was good. Even though having to go to the airport then calling them to get a shuttle to their building was a little awkward (than just being able to walk up to a desk at the airport) it was a good service and made it easier than trying to find their offices on your own.
