GreenMotion at Tivat Airport

Pros: Good customer service from Milos on the rental desk. If the rest of the team were as good as him my score and rental experience would be a lot better.

Cons: Utter chaos at pick up location. Car we originally picked up could not be taken to Albania. Arranged to come in and swap it. That too nearly two hours and we ended up sitting in one car waiting to leave, only to be told we couldn't take that car and having to swap to a third car. Reps at the pickup kept wandering off and disappearing. Car we ended up with was dirty inside and out and has someone else's rubbish in it. Also had a warning light but we were told to ignore it.

Pros: Free car upgrade to the higher category.

Cons: First that they didn't have the exact car I booked, but Upgrade was amazing! ;)

Pros: Fast, negotiable, easy going, professional! Loved it!!!

Cons: I did not even have the chance to enjoy your car rental services, when I came to your desk at the airport your representative told me that since my flight was delayed, he has no cars to give me and my reservation is canceled!!! Needles to say that I could not call you and notify that my flight delayed, and I certainly did not expect that you will be left with no car for me at the airport. This is certainly my worst experience with car rental company!!!!

Pros: Was very kind. Good car as. We got the promised model.

Cons: The air-condition was not so good. Air pressure and catalytic converter yellow lamps were lighted jmmediatly after pick up the car.

Pros: The lady from the rental desk serves clients at a high level and does her best. She was waiting with me for the guys who kept all the car keys for 2 hours

Cons: There was no representative staff at the place of picking up the car, even the time of my visit was specified in advance and was there in time. Also they didn't want to fill the coolant for the engine while the alarm about this was displayed from the 1st day and it beeped me all the time for 7 days I rented the car. When I said that gonna have a long way in the mountains, the response was support should arrive within 24 (twenty four) hours!

Pros: Nothing!!! They are HORRIBLE!

Cons: - No one available (easy to find) for pickup. - No checkin at airport, as promised. - Agent had no idea how to prepare documents or rental agreement, which should’ve been prepared in advance! - Would not accept our credit card for the deposit nor add a driver nor change the name of the primary river to match our credit card; therefor had to pay an additional 200€ for “their” insurance! - Total time of pick up was OVER an hour! - No review of the vehicle to note damages previously incurred.

Pros: All good! Recommend! It was very easy to pick up the car as company is in terminal and car at near by parking.

Cons: The delivery time is very bad, about an hour waiting in line to receive documents, and about half an hour the signing process which in other swords is much faster, and after the end they gave me a different type of car with a defect in the wheel and it took them about an hour to replace it, all this and my children are waiting hotly and also the two year old baby And after I drove the car, the car started giving fault alerts and when I called the hotline, they didn't help me,

Pros: I liked that they tried hard not to charge me at the end for damages . There was a mark which they said was new but it was not us . So they double checked earlier records and found the mark was there previously. I liked this honesty

Cons: we start driving without the key, so we had to wait 1/2 hour to get it. The air pressure in the wheels was not correct and the warning light came on. Even after I filled it with air, the lamp continued to light. Probably a problem with the sensors. The computer that shows the temperature outside showed temperatures that didn't make sense. Other than that the car was great, better than what we ordered. Fuel efficient and very comfortable.

Cons: We had to change 3 cars!!! We ordered and payed for 7 seater, first car was 7 seater, but door didn't lock and window stayed down.. next day we spent time and went to change the car, they only had 5 seater we agreed, radio didn't work and air conditioning didn't work, we had to change again , the gave 5 seater and baggage space was small, So , we paid you upfront, but you did nothing for us.. we paid for 7 seater, but in the end we got 5 seater, we wasted to much time for the car issue,...

Pros: Service at GreenMotion was absolutely perfect. Very friendly reception by Sibel, quick, efficient and helpful processing. (friendly advice: Listen to her. She knows.) Same experience at the pick-up location, very friendly and helpful guy. Good check of the car beforehand, no issues on return. Same smile.

Cons: Service was great, but the state of maintenance of the car was a bit sub-standard for a spoiled tourist. Cracking doors, clunking suspension, that sort. No problems though, everything on the car worked perfectly.

Pros: The agent Sibel was very welcoming and professional. The gentleman delivering and picking up the car as well. Great, efficient service.

Pros: When the rental desk representative did appear, she was very helpful, kind, and provided a very good service. I was very pleased with her help.

Cons: The rental desk was easy to find but it was empty (both on pick up and return). It took some time for the representative to arrive. The process of returning the car was not straight forward.

Pros: On the flight to Tivat I had an injury that disabled me to drive a car at the time. Once I landed I went to Green Motion to cancel the service and their employee Marica was extremely kind, nice and understanding. Howerver, it was not the same thing with Discover cars who I asked for deposit money back and they said NO. I do understand the Rules and Conditions for canceling but i did hope you would be able to appreciate the unfortunate circumstances in which i had to cancel the deal and refund
