Cons: Lots of hidden charges and trying to rip you off. Inspection of the car pre handover was very incomplete, down to marking the incorrect amount in the fuel tank by quite a bit in their favour.

Cons: They did not want to honor my fully paid reservation and kept referring me back to Discover Cars. After going back and forth they eventually gave me a car but charged me over $300 more on top of what I had already paid in full in advance!

Cons: The customer service team used 'fear tactics' to force us to purchase an Ezee Pass ($174) that we did not need as there were NO TOLLS IN THE DISNEY PARKS AREA. Green Motion should have known this, but instead their advice was many tolls are un-manned & every violation would result in a $25 charge. Having been told this we felt we had no option, but to purchase the Ezee Pass. We did say we were only driving in and around the Disney Parks, but they failed to give us the correct information.

Pros: After having the car four days it would not start while i was out picking up food. I called green motion customer service at least 15 times and left messages before someone answered. They said they would send someone with a new car to switch where i was stuck. 4 1/2 hours later someone finally showed up with a new car for me. I called customer service overall more than 40 times and only spoke to someone once. I left numerous messages and never received a call back with any updates or info.

Meanwhile i lost just about a whole day with my family in our vacation. They didn’t even apologize or offer anything to make up for the trouble. Horrible company. Get your rental somewhere else!!

I specifically asked if the toll booths accepted cash, and he told me no, which was incorrect. After a 9.5 hr flight and a 4 hr drive, we just wanted the car we had booked almost 2 months in advance, they also charged us the same rate ??

I have booked with Green Motion three times now and they are the only car rental company in Orlando I like to rent from.

Cons: There was only one gentleman working the desk, so we ended up waiting about an hour to get our car. The inventory appeared to be messed up, and the car that was available had dirt and stains on the seats. The car was not full on gas and the mileage was off from the inspection sheet.

Cons: They tried to offer me a smaller car than the type I requested. After trying to use compact instead of a sedan and finding it wasn’t a fit for someone who is 6’2” with long legs. Pros: Almost nothing. There was only one counter agent on duty who handled the paperwork, retrieving the car, and performing the initial inspection with the customer. It took over an hour of waiting before we got our turn. When doing the paperwork for our rental we were informed that our insurance card was not acceptable and were forced to purchase the supplemental insurance even though we had sufficient insurance.

We had never rented with a company who required proof of full coverage to waive insurance which is our fault but the front desk agent told me that I should read things before I sign them. When we got in there was a candy wrapper in the cup holder and dried vomit in the back seat. When I told the lady she said “sorry” but did give us a new car. Very unpleasant experience all together

I felt deceived in that I believed the car rental would take place on site at the airport making it easy to drop it back off for our early flight. We had to allow an extra hour for travel to rental site in the opposite direction and then to the airport.

They tied me up on the phone for 45 min, lied, made false accusations and assumptions without even looking for facts. Cons: The insurance portion was ridiculous! I brought documentation from my insurance company along with a letter from agent and they still wouldn’t accept it. Thank goodness I was able to get my agent in the phone.

To extend the rental period of the car (my flight was changed due to weather) 6 hours cost me 25% of the cost of renting the car for 12 days. They required documents that I have never been asked for before when renting a car in MULTIPLE different countries.

Pros: Reasonably priced and that they made sure when booking that a car would be available in the class that you reserved or let you know ahead of time if not. The the shuttle to and from the airport was convenient and fairly prompt.

Cons: The car had not been cleaned. The floor mats were dirty, there was something sticky sprayed over the center console and pieces of food between the seats and on the floor. It made me wonder if the car was also poorly maintained mechanically and could leave me stranded.

Cons: They seem to nickle and dime you once you have the car booked. High mileage vehicle for a rental, had tons of rattles.

Cons: Tried to tack on unneeded insurance that would have tripled the rental price. When we asked to decline as we are covered through credit card they said no. Eventually proved that we were adequately covered (after 15 minutes of reading through our insurance info) they waived it. No assistance with this. They obviously make their profit off the rental extras that they strongarm people into.

Pros: Counter staff were polite and helpful.

Cons: Counter service and return process were fine, but the rental fee was unexpectedly high due to required purchase of rental car collision insurance. This made the total charge nearly DOUBLE what I expected to pay! The airport-based counter rental companies would have been easier AND a better value. Therefore, I will NOT rent again from Green Motion.

Cons: It took forever at the rsv desk. She was nice, but It would save both the company & the client time if they put on their site a place to input their insurance info or copy of the card. I had to call progressive to get my info because I wasn’t aware that was needed until I arrived. This is after a red eye flight, wait time for the shuttle & car pickup issue which then was annoying. The staff were friendly and the place was clean.

I had called days before just to clarify a question about the epass and after 45 minutes of them being rude the person put me on hold and never picked back up. When arriving to Orlando I waited another 45 minutes before the van even came. I thought we were stranded. It took 7 calls for someone to answer the phone to tell me someone was on the way. No apology nothing... Can sounded broke. Noone would listen to me. Highly dissatisfied.

Cons: I was Overcharged and paid 175 dollars when I was supposed to pay 40. I was Charged for things I should not have been charged for. Representatives and agents were not friendly and not helpful in the least. It was obvious they just wanted to get the most money out of you.

Cons: It took a while to get us our car and when it finally came it was soaked, they literally just ran it through the car wash and didn’t dry it at all. The seats were also ripped. I also didn’t enjoy having to provide my actual car insurance policy. I have never had to do that in the US before and I was told if I don’t I would have to pay for theirs.

Charges for the Toll roads are very very expensive ($50 per toll) what the heck! I had to purchase their toll package which had cost me an extra $90 over the rental price.

Pros: Overall , they seem like a great company, with one exception. They had car the car ready & waiting for me. There was no line and the agent was very patient with me while I called my insurance company's after hours like to try to get the insurance resolved.

Cons: They tacked on additional insurance to our rental. The van was not clean and one of the seat belts lacked a cover, which resulted in one of our party cutting themselves. The reservation stated that there would be room for 7 bags, but GreenMotion left all seats in place, so we had to transport bags in a seat.

There were not very many cars available without having to come back the later that morning to get something better. The representative was helpful and able to upgrade me to an available “better” car. Although the rep had a time with the customers before me, she made me feel welcomed.

Cons: It seemed like there were multiple flights delayed and there was only one representative and little in the way of usable/rentable vehicles. I waited almost an hour to get my rental due to the customers before me being a bit difficult and only one rep there.

I didn't feel safe to take the car because I wasn't sure that they will not make me responsible for all that damage because on their words car was in perfect condition. The agent told me that they will cancel my service but in a few days, I saw a $160 charge on my credit card. The overall service looks like that they try to trick customers and other reviews confirm this.

The other agents when I did go to rent a car told me this place had to change their name to get away from some horrible reviews, and I believe it.

Cons: My husband was told we were upgraded from an SUV to another car, was not told it was a VAN. The VAN was VERY DIRTY!!! was not cleaned out before getting the van and the radio didn't work. My husband was also tricked into buying the toll road express for $87. We had the VAN for 8 days and went through a total of 3 toles that cost a total of $2.75.
