Pros: Very easy pick up bang in centre of town . You are best to do the online check-in ( all hire companies request these ) that asks you for lots of details and checks your license before picking up . We did and this made collection less than ten minutes. We ordered an SUV but received a full on 4x4 JEEP . So glad, If you intend to drive into the mountains . Friendly professional staff . Would definitely recommend. Good price
Cons: One thing as a customer , is to make sure the pre hire damage check is done properly before you take the vehicle . Don’t rush it . Maybe take photos and film the car as well as using the paper method .

Pros: Changed the tires as they were bald
Cons: The vehicle was absolutely unacceptable, broken door handles, full passenger interior cladding on door was falling off. Transmission was on its last legs, vehicle was completely empty on receiving, and the passenger first row seat was jammed taking 10mins to get unstuck. Worse rental I’ve ever received in my life of global travel.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.
Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Latin, Roman, English alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
