Pros: Was the cheapest on offer to take a car over borders. The car was large enough for our party (3 adults, 2 kids) and was economical to run.

Cons: The car was pretty beat up and old. We spent most of our time at pick up was spent with the agent cataloguing all the existing damage! However, this did alleviate anxiety that we would scratch the car (which we didn't). There were exorbitant fees for things like extra driver, crossing borders and one way. Still, it was the cheapest. The car wasn't very clean.

Cons: Were given an illegal car to drive. The air bag didn't work. Tires below on the highway. When we called them they said we had to deal with it on our own. Had to pay out of pocket for 2 tires.

Cons: El auto estaba en mal estado; tenía mala la ventana del piloto, no tenía rueda de repuesto en caso de pinchar rueda, tenía los retrovisores fijos con tela adhesiva y se abrió el extintor porque no tenía seguro! Para dejar el auto no pudimos comunicarnos con el personal

Rate includes

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.

Driver requirements

Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, photocard driving license.

Deposit and deductible policy

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

Payment policy

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Diners, Prepaid cards, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Cross-border policy

Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, European Union.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Optional extras and services

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
During winter season (from 15.11. until 15.04.) Winter package are included in price.

Fuel policy

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.

Additional information

By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04. Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

Business hours

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
