Cons: We must wash the car before dropping the car.. first time in my life hearing that, otherwise you have to pay 10 euros for the agency to clean it. We came with good condition and were told to pay 10 euros for the cleaning. I paid a full coverage through Discover cars and were told by the agent that they not consider it and offered another one more expensive. Of course I didn't buy it and lukily i didn't need it. Thouhg I don't know what to do if we needed it. Rules need to be clearer for clients.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that the driver's side of the car had a torn mat that interfered with driving, the window wipers hadn't been replaced, a yellow warning sign was lit on the dashboard, the brakes squealed and we had to oil the engine halfway.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website. A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, ID card, booking voucher.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Crossing country borders is forbidden to the following countries: Bulgaria, Romania, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
