Cons: Service was awful. Spent many hours traveling from one city to Ankara to pick up the car. In the end we didn't get it, because the agent said that we should have Turkish driver license and we are not allowed to use international driver's license. But when I confirm my documents by system, it was accepted and the payment as well. Until now, I still haven't received my refund. Very unpleasant experience. I won't use this company for renting anymore and won't recommend to my friends as well.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 3000 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.

For vehicles in groups Compact, Standard, Intermediate, SUVs a driver license valid for at least 4 years is required.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Premium a driver license issued at least 5 years ago is required.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory. In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, ID card, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, proof of entry/exit into/out of the country, driver license with photo, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months.
