If you are in Terminal 1, please exit the airport through door 16 on the departure floor. For Terminal 2, head to the departure area and wait in front of the "Banca Popolare di Milano." Call or WhatsApp the phone number on your booking voucher (0039 3284477652). Free "King Parking" shuttle bus will pick you up and take you to the rental station.

Pros: Not Sure. The price, it was quite cheap

Cons: I felt like the staff were kind of playing, for their own entertainment 1) Credit Card contactless issue 2) International driving license issue 3) Right side of the car with a very visible scratches/crash, parking full of cars but they cant give me any other cars, they say if you bought the insurance with us I could give you an upgrade. 4) very dirty in and out 5) drop, they choose a couple of scratch, if no show a preexisting picture with the same scratch they for sure charge an extra.

Cons: Promised shuttle transportation required over an hour's wait at the airport. Instructions were unclear and communications were slow. GreenMotion did not see my reservation and I paid a lot more than the original order. The car was also dripping oil and I had to add it during the trip. Never again GreenMotion or DiscoverCars.

Cons: After returning the car got charged $400 for existing damages. The person on the phone so rude and not willing to communicate. Had to dispute charges and lucky I had all photos taken before leaving the parking lot. Still waiting for the refund. Very unhappy with this place. Car was not washed and was dirty. If Discover Cars can investigate this issue I am willing to share photos and provide proof of what was mentioned above.

Pros: Collecting the car we had no issues

Cons: This company moved to a different location during our rental period, we were not informed of this during collection of the car which caused difficulties in finding the return location. More importantly to us it seemed that on returning the car they seemed determined to find damage and recorded a slight scratch on the driver side rear door as a dent. There will be an insurance claim for this and I have photographs of the alleged dent? This incident spoiled the end of our holiday for us.

Pros: Marco was helpful and tried to process everything quickly and found a car for us (we hoped it would be similar but it was not). Car was in good condition other than crack in windshield and so was the 2nd car (Compass)

Cons: verdict is still out to see how much penalty will be on claim for windshield and the Full Coverage from discoverycar. Had to return the car. Were offered a bigger car, but needed to add 18Euro/day for it (which we did not want - bigger car).

Pros: They were very timely, easy to contact to get a shuttle to and from the airport. Staff was kind and helpful, they even let us know that we could hang on to the car for an extra day since we had already paid for it which made things a lot easier for us.

Cons: Car was quite "used" at least 7 points with scrathes including rear bumper damage. During the rental we got out of the adblue. So this is not perfect condition you imagine for your family trip. Looks like veeeery low cost business model - and only cost matters. Fine when you expect nothing but low price

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1500.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Winter tires, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 27 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 76.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.

Cash is accepted as a form of payment.
When paying with cash, a debit/credit card issued on the main driver's name is required for security purposes.
For the Intermediate, Minivan car group, a minimum of two credit cards issued on the main driver's name are required.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley. Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 150 minutes.
