Pros: Friendly service

Cons: Walk from bus stop to rental office in rain as bus stop now been moved further away.

Cons: The bus from the airport to the collection desk is not suitable. It is a regular commuter bus and no where to store luggage.

Pros: They were disgraceful. I was refused the car I booked and left stranded to find a new rental company. I ended up paying 3 times more for a car. They apologized but that didn't really help.

Cons: The apathy and refusal to deliver what was promised and booked. Disgraceful attitude

Cons: Maybe a delay and problem with multiple customers calling at the same time as only 1 member of staff on duty. For me service was very good and efficient

Cons: Asked for utility bill before they would release the car. I had previously uploaded all requested documents and received confirmation all was in order.

Cons: There was no one at the office when I returned the car (in the pouring rain) and I had to phone and then wait. But this was only a minor inconvenience and the guy was very nice and polite.

Cons: Wasn't easy to find the shuttle bus. Not clear on the instructions. Bus A is actually located at Bay J. Spent 2 hours trying to find the correct bus. Got on wrong one and ended up at the central car hire. Had to go back. A dodgy cab driver wanted 20 pounds cash to bring me. He was politely told where to go.

Pros: I recommend GreenMotion, it’s my first time there and I’ll be back again soon.

Cons: I think they should have a shuttle vehicle of their own, as we had to cross a very busy road with 4 cases. If it had been raining or a slippery surface it could have been very unpleasant.

Cons: Staff attitude was poor. 2000 mile limit on rental period not suitable for longer rental periods. Terms and conditions are very harsh. This franchise seems like it can’t wait to penalise you.

Cons: Took ages to 'change over'... (dropping off my 'current' rental vehicle, and getting into my 'new' rental vehicle). Took a very long time.

Cons: staff didn't know what needed doing without phoning manager did not get the type of car I wanted expected 4 seater medium sized car but got a 9 seater people carrier which was heavier on fuel.

Cons: pick up was slow, and it was difficult to find the correct location in the (very full) Hilton Luton carpark to return the car to.

Paid £120 for more insurance on top of web payment or hold our holidays savings on credit card as bond 2500 aus what ? Over 3 times original quote on pick up rip off Will be doing bad reviews

Pros: they didn't try to add extra costs.

Cons: The car hire was supposed to be on the airport, whereas it was off the airport in a hotel. The bus journey was short but unexpected. Returning the car took a while as there were few people available.

Pros: It was not clear that you had moved from your loaction by Sixt. It took about 1 hour to find. The agents were chatty (to other customers). This is friendly, but it to 20-25 mins to get a car on pick-up.

Cons: The potential penalties if you were behind your delayed drop-off time.

Cons: I waited for ~30 minutes before being helped even though there were two people working. I expressed my complaint as this is completely unreasonable. The car was in relatively poor condition - low tire pressure, for example. Reaching the agency wasn't easy.
