Green Motion offers a free shuttle service to and from Toronto Airport. For Terminal 1: Take the Terminal Link Train located in the parking garage on Level 5 to Viscount Station. Then, take the escalator to ground level. Dial 870 from the courtesy phone next to the escalators to arrange pickup. For Terminal 3: Take the Terminal Link Train located over the Sheraton Hotel pedestrian bridge on Level 3 to Viscount Station, and proceed down the escalator. Dial 870 from the courtesy phone next to the escalators to arrange pickup.

Pros: The only Agent who was there at the desk was very helpful, calm, informative and answered all my questions. There were 2 other families after me and a guy returning his rental, who all looked irritated while waiting, but the rental guy kept his cool throughout the process. .never rushing. .even though it was busy on a Thursday morning.

Cons: There was only 1 Agent at the Front Desk attending to everyone's needs who were in the office and was also on the phone. It took at least an hour or so to finally get my rental car, even though I was first in line. This was on a Thursday morning.

Cons: The opening and closing hours are to limited. My flight was 10am and I had to drop off the car at 7am and they were closed. I tried calling them the day before, but because it was a public holiday they were closed and no one returned my call. It had me very anxious and worried. I eventually had to leave the car there in their car park at 7am with the key hidden inside and leave, other wise I would have missed my flight. I thought there would have been be a security guard to leave the key with

Cons: Explaining to the rental desk rep that the number on the rental information was not correct as I had called the number and it said was not in service hence that needs to be checked. I also requested a car with navigation, instead I got a car then a navigation device was attached and that was after I had mentioned that I paid for navigation....not cool.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1000 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1550.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Mileage policy
For renters from the following country(ies): Ontario, mileage is Limited. Mileage is limited to 150 km per day, with a maximum of 4000 km per month.
Mileage limitations will apply if the car is to be used for crossing country borders.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, photocard driving license.
Deposit and deductible policy
A separate fuel deposit is required when collecting the vehicle.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
