Pros: Good vehicle. Drop off was great. Responsiveness to emails is great also.

Cons: They could use another person at the collection point at rovaniemi train station to process rentals. Many people get off the train at the same time and the line was long. But otherwise everything was fine with the rental.

Pros: Excellent Service and support from DiscoverCars & GreenMotion. Very nice, courteous and helping staff, both ‘meet & greet representative’ and ‘tele executives’. Vehicle condition was excellent, as good as new. Rates being provided by DiscoverCars were value for money and competitive. All documentation work, payments and Pick & drop was very easy and smooth. Refund of security deposit was timely processed. Net-net, great Service & Support, and we would highly recommend to others.

Pros: It was quick and efficient

Cons: The tyre pressure was below the limits. It is very hard to find a pressure tyre pump at service stations, so we had to drive the car with the low pressure tyre. I think the minimum is to check the tyre pressure before handling the car to a customer.

Cons: I was expecting a VW Polo, but got a Toyota Yaris. Would have been better if I could get the car of choice. Agency didn't bother to show me the controls of the car as I was new to it and wasted a lot of time getting used to it.

Pros: The car was great, and the service very kind and helpful!

Cons: In the Railway station they don't have a person available all the time, but that was not clearly stated. We didn't arrive in the time estimated, and the rental agent sounded a bit frustrated, saying that they went there twice for us. Never did they call us about that. It felt as if I failed, even though I arrived within opening hours. Also, for returning the car we were given flexibility to return late but the next agent wasn't informed.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2000.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin, Roman, English alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, photocard driving license.
Deposit and deductible policy
At the time of pick up customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
Maestro, Cash, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Norway, Sweden.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
