Thank you for booking Green Motion at Costa Mesa (SNA). We are located at Atrium Hotel, 18700 MacArthur Blvd. Upon arrival call location at 949-752-6664 for courtesy shuttle service.
Exit from terminal - proceed to ground transportation area and wait in the rental car shuttle pickup area - middle curb. Shuttle with Green Motion Logo on the side.
**Shuttle to airport is not provided for after hour drops.
After hours drop off can be arranged by calling the location in advance of drop off. Further instructions will be provided.

Pros: When returning the rental cr near closing time, no one else needed the shuttle to the airport so they allowed us to stay in the car with our luggage and got an employee to drive us in the rental to the airport. Saved us time and trouble moving luggage to shuttle bus!
Cons: Needed better directions to aid in finding where to get the shuttle, Had to call the company twice to clarify.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage (except for local residents), Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2410.00), Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Mileage policy
For all customers, except local renters the mileage is unlimited.
A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of USA - California.
A return airline ticket and passport must be presented in order to qualify for a rate with unlimited mileage.
For renters from the following country(ies): USA - California, mileage is Limited.
Mileage is limited to 200 miles per day.
For each additional mile an additional charge of 0.55 USD per mile will apply.
To access unlimited mileage, the customer can purchase an Additional Mileage option for an extra fee. The amount of this fee depends on the vehicle group. Mileage limitations will apply if the car is to be used for crossing country borders.
A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of USA - California.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
