Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 400.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The Security Deposit will double if the renter's age is from 18 to 20.
A novice driver fee will apply to drivers who have held their driver license for less than 3 years.
The Security Deposit will double if the renter has had his/her driver license less than 3 years(s).
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
If using the following payment method(s): Cash, the Security Deposit will double.
Security Deposit will be doubled for using the following services: crossing country borders.
The Security Deposit will double if the renter's age is from 18 to 20.
The Security Deposit will double if the renter has had his/her driver license less than 3 years(s).
In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 01.03. Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
