Cons: the representives from hag didn't come to the font of the airport as they were supposed to, the phone number given they didn't speak english which further complicated matters, anyway it took about an hour to get to their offices when eventually a shuttle bus under the name of green motion(apparently the same company) came to get us. then getting the car was even more complicated due to language issues, because i had a debit card instead of a credit card the price of rental was 4 times the amount

Cons: The staff do not speak English (return location). Screen wipers of the car were not in good condition. Breaks of the car were making noise (need maintenance). Cleanliness of the car inside (the interior) was not on a good level.

Pros: Cost effective car rental with the option to drop off in a different city.

Cons: The agent tried to charge us more than agreed at the time of booking for dropping off the car at a different location. Pick up and drop off weren't clear and required phoning the company to come and meet us. This didn't always work very well, particularly when dropping of the car (and no one picking up the phone).

Pros: Was pleasantly surprised after all those scary reviews about renting in Morocco. Service was very good, polite staff and no attempts to scam you during return. Definitely I will rent from them again.

Cons: Great service and return of car was flawless. Staff was polite and very helpful. Car was in very good condition and same model as reserved Fiat 500. Will definitely rent from them again.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1570.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Mileage policy
For rentals lasting from 1 days to 3 days, mileage is limited to 200 km per day.
For rentals more than 4 days mileage is unlimited.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin, English, Cyrillic alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, booking voucher, ID with photo.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card. Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

Maestro, American Express, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
