Hello Car Rental at Dalaman Airport

Pros: Friendly staff and good explanation

Cons: 1 tyre(front) driver side was illegal condition and dangerous to drive which made me not to use vehicle for my planed trips . Only used to destination and back to rental. Waste of 5 days car sitting front of hotel as Front tire was completely damaged and cracked on side and middle of tyre which makes it dangerous to drive in highway . Can explode any time and pull car sharply to side . Decided not to take the risk and drive it as my plan trip was to go away from Marmaris Using Highways

Cons: The service was so bad when i needed help when i was collecting the car i couldn't speak to them and i did not rent the car!

Cons: Definitely wouldn’t recommend hello cars. Staff were very rude car was very dirty. Overeat customer service was 0. Will not be using this company instead. We had to find another car rental company and was much rather happy with NOVA CAR.

Pros: Everything went smooth and fast. Airport pick-up was on time. Pre-authorisation on credit card was terminated within two days after end of rental.

Cons: Not waiting for us after plane landed, had to get a lift just to find the place, 2hours after landing. Could not get through on phone and then tried selling us extra insurance for 20 minutes so we cancelled the booking. Did not recieve deposit back despite recieving absolutely nothing as advertised.

Pros: Friendly and efficient, also lovely and honest - Halil took the time to point out the existing minor scuffs on the car and encouraged me to take a video of the condition on collection

Pros: The pick-up at the airport. The drop-off to the airport. The kindness of the agent.

Cons: Car was in bad condition. Battery was in errosion and The battery had not been checked or serviced and failed in the middle of a move from one city to another. There was no way to contact the campaign. I bought a new battery. But the campaign refused to refund. Moreover, I cannot get my insurance payment back. Thus, the rental price automatically doubled.

Cons: The car we received was extremely old and run down. It really struggled to go up the hills (there are a lot in Turkey). They picked us up from the airport and drove us 5 mins to the rental car place. They pushed us into adding the extra insurance and we did it because we didn’t want to be screwed over after looking at the state of the car (lots of scratches, dents, the seat covers had rips)

Cons: Collected by agent in the car at airport arrivals and had to drive to their office off airport all squeezed in to drop him off. No room and felt awkward. Same for drop off we had to all squeeze up for him to drive us to departure gate

Cons: I rented a car for two weeks. Car was OK, but when I returned it they wanted an extra 10 euro for cleaning as they claimed it was extremely dirty. It was as dirty as you'd expect after 2 weeks. Cons: On top of the above.When I returned the car agent took over the car and made us 4 people seat at the back with only 3 seatbelts obviously and dropped us off to the airport from their office. Again, didn’t feel safe but have had left with no choice.

Cons: They canceled my booking due to a 1 hour delay in the flight. I had to get a different car from a different company on arrival. Either this is a scam or terrible service. Never again.

Cons: Rented the car for 12 days and had some emergency that I had to return the car 1 day earlier than my booking but this 1 day was not refunded neither in my balance to use at my next renting ?

Pros: 3- we ordered 4 separate cars, chosing the “fiat or similar category” & ended up receiving 4 different cars, an opel, a ford, a Hyundai and a skoda. Two of the cars did not have Bluetooth or functioning aux. 5 - It was not an issue for them at first until we arrived to kas (2.5 hour drive) and one of the cars - the ford- was heating up. When we called the rental office and required to replace the car they weren’t cooperative

Cons: 6- they said they would charge 240 euros on one of the cars claiming “damages” but they actually charged 253 euros on the Visa card and we did not realize until after we left the shop because we were in a hurry to catch our flight at the airport and they were being very slow during drop off because a different group were picking up their cars and we’re complaining because they received sedan cars although they had ordered 4x4s since they were going to be driving in the mountains and the personal

Pros: Great service, no reviews when booked but highly recommend them. Very friendly, efficient and speedy transfers from airport to rental office. Just need to remember to exit the airport and friendly staff will be waiting outside with your name on a board.

Cons: Can't fault them, arrived at 11pm and were they to collect us from the airport. Even had to drop car off at 2am without any issues. Provide 24hr emergency number for any issues.

Pros: Your agent provided me the shitiset car I have everseen, I don't have words to describe how shit that car was. I really did not like the car even I requested to your agent I'm willing to pay more to upgrade to a batter car but he refused.

Cons: Your agent wasn't helpful at all. I was broken down first day after few hours collecting the car, I explained him his name is Halil. He ignored me said nothing wrong with the car. There was no power at all when car was going on hills. No Horne was working no radio was working and many more issues, I was scared to drive that car.

Cons: POS machine didn’t work at the first time so it was reset because of bed reception of the signal, it was 2G I spent too much time for that. One more thing fuel policy is “same to same” but it was uncomfortable to take the car with empty depot so I can’t adjust the fuel when I returned the car , in addition to this I am sure that the depot measure wasn’t working properly so I put much more gasoline that I got he car

The supervisor there got very angry, stated that he will cancel the rental and asked me to leave. This would have left us stranded in a foreign country with no car and away from any form of other transportation. I had to plead with him to give me the hire car. Cons: Wrong car (fuel type) waiting for me at pick up but had to wait 30min to get a substitute (which was not the model displayed on the site but that is what most dealers do).
