Cons: The car had a distinct click in the engine from the moment i go it. I was never sure if it would get worse or if it would break down. It didn't on either point.

Cons: Despite the vehicle being returned on time, an additional day is then charged because the vehicle was allegedly returned too late. Upon return, it was NOT POSSIBLE to have the vehicle condition confirmed by the supplier. And they have added a lot of extra service fee even I refused verbally, they just added to the invoice. You should not work with this branch no more. You can tell the reason on the google review.

Pros: We arrived at the airport in Munich, the service was fast and pleasant. We got an automatic car even though we ordered a manual. The vehicle was excellent. I have no further experience with Hertz, I want to believe that they are good and fair even if you need their service.

Pros: Easy to get rid of it!
Cons: The car we booked and paid for was an E class Benz estate. They gave us a crappy chinese SUV with a small luggage compartment and inoperable air conditioning! The staff at Munich airport were surley and argumentative but the staff at Belogna were great and organised the air cond to be re-gassed. Discover cars need to improve their comunication. We booked and paid for the car months in advance and were honest about where we wanted to travel. Hertz woud not give us what we booked!

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 2000 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 950.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Premium, Fullsize, SUVs, Cabrios, Special a driver license valid for at least 3 years is required.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP). For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license. A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.

In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Winter tires are mandatory in icy/snowy conditions from 01.11 to 31.03.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 60 days.
