Pros: All other points was very fine and I was happy with the car! Only the additional "cross border fee" charge in the end and I not understand why and got no answer of this question! I know it is only a detail!
Cons: Dear Sir or Madam, I am not understand why HERTZ charge me additional "Cross border fee" (36,80 CHF)! As I dropped the car was the tank with petrol not complete full (only 7/8) and I got a receipt about 52.00 CHF, which I have to pay and this would be correct! But the charged me 88.80 CHF on my Credit Card instead 52.00 CHF! I sent a few emails to HERTZ (custom@hertz.com), but I got no qualified answer (only general answers) and the phone in Zurich nobody picked up!

Pros: After less than 100 km of driving the oil light was on. and then we start to try to get help from Hertz and it was not so easy. we need to spend two hours and 25 CHF on an oil issue that can be avoided if Hertz was checked our car before. Thank

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Premium, Fullsize, Compact Elite, Cabrios, Special a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
