When asking him what’s the price of deposit and why it’s more, his answer: “just pay it’s like that don’t ask” 20 Minutes after pickup time the chosen car wasn’t there, not ready. Waited for 15 Minutes outside, boiling weather, sitting on the floor with the teenage employees for another car model to be provided, just got out of car wash. Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
