Cons: Didn't really explain any charges or credit card holds, just took the credit card away - all a little disconcerting! Car did have a certain amount of external damage (though was marked on the receipt at collection), engine sounded as if needed a service.

For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license. A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
