Pros: Did have to wait awhile to check in. And was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade, though that turned out for the worse due to severe windscreen issue as listed in email sent.
Cons: The representative that I returned the keys to did not take my concerns about the windscreen seriously and did not offer to investigate or send me to someone to talk to in regards to the safety concern and the drama it caused while I hired the car

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English. For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
