Pros: Friendly agents, ease of pick up and drop off.
Cons: Car was stuck in km instead of miles, had to convert my speed during my short trip. Hertz agents couldn't get it changed either
Pros: The drivers door would stick on occasion, got stuck inside the car twice because the door was stuck. The steering was jerky at times.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything. We needed to replace car because of a brake issue. Nearly impossible to talk to anyone. Office under staffed. Hours were 10-4.
Pros: Very helpful staff
Cons: At Inverness it was difficult to find bus to get to car and I had been notified that pickup was in terminal by agent who I puchsed rental through
Cons: Unclear instructions of where to find HERTZ. Ended up walking a long way to the site which is not at the airport
