Cons: At pick up there were 2 representatives at the desk both chatting/haggling with a customer who didn't have a booking while the rest of us who had pre booked were kept waiting for over 30 mins. It was only when I started getting angry that one of them decided he could server people at the same time

Pros: The car was great and clean. The staff at the counter speak good English tried very much to help, although 75 minutes spent to get the car.
Cons: Although we have booked a specific car, it was not readily available due to some reason (as what the staff told us). However, it was settled a few minutes after that. When dropping off the car, we were asked about the cleaning fee which never came across before! A strange information from the staff mention clean-to-clean concept! We presumed a hidden agenda of the staff (requesting cash money to clean the car). I found that too many fishy things in Morocco, which could be aware of by everyone!

Pros: Competency of personnel when here Good car, well equipped
Cons: (1) lack of information about the need to wash the car before returning it, which led to difficulties upon return (2) GPS was useless (located the car miles away from the road all the time. I will write to Hertz Morocco HQ to request a refund (paid about 40 Euros for a useless device) (3) availability of personnel on the airport parking lot (lots of wait time with nobody around both at pick up and return)

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1365.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Senior drivers 80 years of age or older who wish to rent a vehicle must purchase Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW).
For vehicles in groups Compact, Intermediate, Premium, Fullsize a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes. The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
