Pros: Upon arrival to the pick up location, they didn’t have the vehicle I rented or similar. Instead, they wanted to force me to rent a much bigger and expensive vehicle. It took a lot of arguing for them to honor my contract and finally gave me a bit smaller car, which overall met my needs. However, for future trips to Guadalajara, I will never ever rent a car from Hertz in my life. Simply terrible experience! To put it in perspective, I rented a minivan and they wanted me to pay for a Suburban

Pros: The service was great, quick and efficient.
Cons: I think some of the cars could use an upgrade. The first mini van they gave us had no AC. I was able to get it switched out with a different mini van and that one broke down about 30 min after leaving the lot. The third car was great!

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 710.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Renters Liability Protection (RLP), Airport surcharge, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
