Cons: Well only thing we can complain is the very expensive one way transfer fee. I mean we rented the car for around $800 and paid another 1500 $ just to be able to leave it in a different city. This should be improved.

Pros: The return of the car was easy and reprasentitive at the return very nice and friendly.
Cons: The reprasentitive at the desk wanted to give me a Ford Kuga instead of Mercedes C-class that I ordered! How can Ford Kuga be similar to Mercedes Benz?!! I got very angry and just then all of a sudden the Mercedes was available. I hate this acting by car rentals.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1100.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, ID card, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
