Pros: The car was clean and in great condition. No damage to the interior or the exterior.
Cons: Marie is the most miserable person we've met in a while. We arrived 1 hour prior to our rental pickup time (scheduled for 3 PM), expecting documents to take 30 minutes to fill out, leaving some buffer for lineup. The location was empty, no other customers. She categorically refused to start doing paperwork until it was 3 PM on the dot. Marie then took forever to assemble all documents (we pre-paid for a Tesla Model 3), questioned me about my drivers license (issued in Canada), was unprofessional
