Customer Ratings and Latest Reviews
Because we want to make sure each review listed here is left by a real customer, we don’t have the option to post a review here. Instead, we ask each and every customer to leave a review after they return their rental car. This way, you know that all reviews are authentic.
Pros: Lady at the desk was nice, but couldn't help us with the problem that came up with their system
Cons: We couldn't get the car, because to leave a deposit on a credit card, you have to have a 4pin code, and we have 5pin on our credit cards. So we couldn't get the car, we had to go with another company at the airport. We are currently waiting for a refund with Hertz, or with your company if you can help us.
Pros: No lines. Right at gates and cars right next to airport.
Cons: Some agents knew no English. Slow paperwork.
Pros: People were friendly and polite.
Cons: Cost/benefit for renting cars in Argentina is one of the worst I’ve seen in the world. You pay the price of a luxury SUV for a cheap sedan; “full coverage” insurance does not cover much and you have a very long list of things considered to be negligence. Finally, the hold they put in your credit card is 3-5x larger than what you would expect in the US or Canada (for a car that is 5x cheaper).
