Cons: Nous avions réservé pour 18h et l'avons eu à 18h45. Hertz ne veut pas nous redonner notre dépôt pour une raison complètement absurde (petit point dans le pare brise) alors qu'il était déjà comme ça avant (nous l'avons spécifié lors de la prise et du retour de la voiture). Nous leur avons écrit et n'avons toujours pas de retour. Je ne recommande aucunement Hertz.

Pros: The agent who helped us pick up our car in El Calafate was extremely helpful and friendly. She was able to speak to us in English and made sure we had everything we needed and all questions answered. She even walked us through how to put the snow chains on the tires.
