Pros: The agents seemed genuinely efficient and helpful but…
Cons: They seemed not to have know the terms or price of the actual prepaid reservation I made and instead charged me double the cost I had paid. I brought it to their attention and then they honored the prepaid reservation. They did however put a much higher hold on my card than had been stated in my original contract. Since it was just temporary, I didn’t dispute it.

For vehicles in groups Luxury a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.

If the duration of your stay in France is longer than 12 months, a driver license issued in France is required. For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license. A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, return flight ticket, flight information.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
