Pros: Vehicle was good quality
Cons: I was left stranded without a car as Hertz refused to provide me with a vehicle as Discover cars had not paid them. I eventually managed to reach you by phone but no resolution was found with Discover blaming Hertz and Hertz blaming Discover. I then had to paid again the same amount to Hertz to get a car.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: I was double billed for the rental and charged for insurance I didn't want. The manager denied all of this and told me there was nothing wrong.
