Pros: Edaurd at Hiper was professional and efficient, without any hard selling as we prepayed for extra insurance with Discovery. I down marked slightly as there were a couple of issues (big scratch and stain) not marked on the paperwork, but we were reassured all fine. Also the next day we had to drive back to the hire car center, from 1 hour away as the car warning was beeping and flashing regarding the key battery being very low. This was fixed super quick, and very happy overall with Hiper.

Cons: You should watch out if you choose a car, that say this car, or similair. You might wont get what you wanted. And maybe the pick up isn’t that easy at first, because you dont know where the shuttle bus leaves exactly. But if you know, it its really easy

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00 - € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in English alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon collecting the vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard debit card, American Express Debit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

Cash, Cheques, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 720 minutes.
